1000 copies, numbers hand-stamped on inner sleeve. Sleeves are made from old perforated player-piano rolls.
Front art is hand-stamped in varying shades of black to blue to green ink (see Images); 20 stamped in red ink. Back sleeve is stamped in black. Issued with double-sided insert with art and credits one side and a Rocket Racer catalog on the other.
